Pecan Tassies

This is the time of year when our famous Cut Out Cookies take the spotlight so we thought that it was a good idea to blog about another delicious cookie that is just as fit for the season. Here at the bakery they are one of the more challenging cookies to make, taking some skill to tamp the tart and pour just the right amount of pecan filling in, but our Pecan Tassies have always been a favorite of ours and our customers.
