With all the peanut butter product recalls, you'll be happy to know that we here at Linda's Kitchen always have, and will continue, to use JIF brand peanut butter in our cookies and pastries. When developing our cookie recipies way back when we started, we found that the cheap bulk stuff just didn't taste good and was not worth using.
